The Louisiana Farm to ECE Activities Guide was created by the New Orleans Food Policy Action Council as a tool to assist early care educators in facilitating seasonally appropriate and culturally relevant exploration of fruits and vegetable for children, specifically our youngest learners between the ages 0-5 yr old.
